Ideas that several people ask for, or that fit many kinds of users, move up our list.
We build and launch
Tools we decide to build are made, tested and added to the site. We cannot promise a date or that every idea will be built, and we may email you if yours goes live.
What Makes a Good Suggestion?
These things make an idea easier for us to act on:
It solves a real problem
Tell us what you struggle with today and how the tool would help.
It is clearly described
Say what the user enters and what the tool should return. Vague ideas are hard to build.
It helps many people
Tools many people can use are usually built before very specialised ones. If your use case is common in your field, say so.
It has a reference
A link to a similar tool shows us what you have in mind, even if we build our own version.
It is not already available
Check our tool list first. The tool might exist under a different name.
