Bugs that we can confirm are fixed as soon as possible. Ideas and suggestions are considered for future updates. We can't promise to build every suggestion or to reply to every message, but nothing is ignored on purpose.

"The PDF compressor doesn't work" is hard to act on. "The PDF compressor shows a file size error when I upload a file over 10 MB on Chrome for Android" is easy. The more detail you give, the faster we can find the problem.
Give us context
Tell us what you were trying to do, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Tell us what you like too
Knowing what works well helps us avoid changing things that people rely on.
Rate honestly
An honest 3 stars with a short explanation helps us more than an empty 5 stars.
Keep personal details out
Please don't include passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive information in your feedback.
